Hey Friends! Have you heard that The Greetery is officially one year old?! Where does the time go?!
I'm thrilled to welcome you to the first day of this month's product reveals for The Greetery! There are some really fun products coming your way this month, in honor of The Greetery's birthday, that will help you to celebrate the birthdays in your life! I'm super smitten with this first set! Let me tell you about it!
It's called Balloon Bouquet and it is DARLING!
I die cut these big balloons and then stamped them with the main balloon image from the set and then filled in by stamping all the floral layers. I love this color combo!
After all the floral elements were stamped, I added a sentiment to one of them, with stamps from the new Birthday Blossoms....another new set from this release!
On the background, I used the new Ticker Tape background stamp....it's a large rubber stamp, and it made it so easy to add a bit of fun to the background, with one simple impression!

Next up is a card featuring the new Think Happy stamps and dies! The stamp set is a mini set that allows you to stamp all of those little floral elements on the cloud die cut. However, I decided to go a different route and used my blender brushes to blend ink on the cloud elements.
PRO TIP: Die cut all the little pieces and pop them out of the cloud. Then, pop them back in a few at a time to do the ink blending. Having them placed in the cloud, holds those little bits still so you can run the blender brush over them a lot easier! When you're all done, die cut another cloud (that hasn't been ink-blended on!) to pop them all back into for your card.
Then I used the floral stamps to create my own background pattern! I played around with the arrangement of flowers and leaves on scratch paper, decided on one that I liked and then repeated that over the whole background.
I added color to the rainbow strips with my blender brushes, too. I just snipped them apart to add the color. The rainbow was totally colored in minutes, using this technique!

Lastly for today, this card features a few new items! There's a fun new die set called Twisted Crepe, and it's what I used to create these fun streamers. I die cut them all from white and then blended ink on with a few different shades of purple.
I also blended some purple ink on the background of the card.
I used the new Birthday Blooms set to create the floral elements here, as well as the sentiment! I love that die cut "Birthday"!
